Expense Reimbursement
The Expense Reimbursement Procedure explains how to apply for check reimbursements, petty cash requests, and deposit vouchers. PTA requests that all requests be submitted as soon as
they are incurred. When you are ready to submit your expenses, download the Check Request Form, print it out, and submit it to PTA.
